All full-time staff at Mars Hill serve as media missionaries. Similar to missionaries in other mission agencies, these members participate in building support teams that provide prayer support and the funding for the ministry to which they have been called. The following is a listing of currently available full-time staff positions. Available Ministry Staff Positions

Vice President of Development
This person will be responsible for the development mission of the ministry, including vision, staffing and program implementation across the donor pyramid. Desired Qualifications: previous experience in ministry development with major donors, direct mail and planned giving; outstanding leadership gifts with strong people skills.

Marketing Director
This person will be responsible for the marketing mission of the ministry, including vision, staffing, management of marketing and distribution partnerships, and distribution and marketing strategies to potential users of videos, films, CD-ROM/DVD, Internet and broadcast applications. Desired Qualifications: previous experience as a marketing executive, visionary leader as well as a doer. Experience with a para-church ministry is a plus.

Producer
With an increased flow of media projects, we are in need of a film/video producer with previous experience in all phases of the production process. This person would not only have the responsibility to oversee specific projects, but would also have the opportunity to develop into one who would oversee a production division within the overall organizational structure of Mars Hill.

Videographer / Editor
This person would be involved in various aspects of production and post-production. Desired Qualifications: previous experience at a broadcast quality level of production and post-production, proficiency with Digital Betacam and Betacam SP video equipment, proficiency on a non-linear digital editing system, preferably an Avid.

Graphic Designer
This person would be involved in the design and execution of graphic concepts to be used in print, Internet, and video applications. Desired qualifications: previous experience in graphic design, familiarity with most common design programs, lots of creative juice, and openness to creative input.

Administrative Assistant
This person will be responsible for supporting the Executive Staff in an administrative capacity. Qualifications: outstanding people skills, proficiency in MS Office programs, organizational gifts, hardworking/can-do attitude, servant's heart.
