The process of creating a cultural or linguistic adaptation
of The HOPE begins with the generation of an Adaptation Profile
which describes the intended audience and other issues relevant
to reaching that audience.

2) Adaptation Profile Form - We prefer that all Adaptation Profiles be created electronically in a Microsoft Word format. However, if
you don't have access to Microsoft Word, create your profile using the PDF version provided as a second choice.
